Operating scope
Motorway. A section of the Kuzey Cevre Otoyolu at the Yavuz Sultan Selim bridge, closed to other traffic and equipped with Akilli Ulasim Sistemleri (intelligent transport systems) by the concessionaire. The Minister's framing is explicit that the ODD is infrastructure-dependent: 'Otonom araclarin optimum duzeyde calisabilmesi icin onlara uygun olarak yollarin da akilli ulasim sistemleriyle donatilmis akilli yollar olmasi gerekiyor' - for autonomous vehicles to work optimally the roads must themselves be smart roads equipped with ITS (SRC-TR-03).
