Operating scope

Announced as part of the same 19 March 2026 programme, for parcel logistics. Slovenska posta is a signatory of the ELEVATE memorandum and an operator of the only running Slovak AV deployment (DEP-SK-001, a French footway robot); whether the announced Robovan strand is intended for Slovenska posta is NOT ESTABLISHED [NEG-SK-18]. Coded lastmile_delivery_vehicle, not footway_delivery_robot: the Robovan is a road-going van-class vehicle at up to 50 km/h, which is a different legal object under Slovak law from an automatizovane dorucovacie vozidlo on a footway.
