Progression of the operating deployment DEP-NL-002 from safety-driver operation to driverless operation with remote supervision. Recorded separately from DEP-NL-002 because it is a distinct legal step — it would move the deployment from Route 1 (RDW ontheffing) to Route 2 (ministerial vergunning under WVW art. 149aa) — and because it is the single most consequential unconverted announcement in the Dutch set.
